Job applicants: your information

What we collect

Your name, contact details, CV, answers, test results and interview notes.

How we use it

Only to review your application and contact you about jobs at Mr. Fix. We use an AI service to help compare applications; your name, phone, email and links are removed before it reads them. A person at Mr. Fix makes every decision.

How long we keep it

If you are not hired we delete it after 12 months, or 24 months if we keep your profile for future openings.
