Warranty Terms & Conditions
What does my Warranty cover ?
- Earphones, Headphones, AirPods & USB Cables (Up to 30 days warranty):
Any malfunction occurred in the part we repaired or disconnected the wire after soldering.
What's excluded from my Mr. Fix Warranty?
- Any damage to the repaired or replaced parts that was caused due to customer's mishandling such as wire cuts.
- The expected lifespan of certain spare parts such as batteries (which come with a 3 months Performance Warranty).
- Damage that was caused due to customer's attempted self-repair(s).
- Water or liquid damage.
- Recent damages that occurred after the devices was initially repaired.
- Smartphones, Smart Watches, Tablets & Laptops (Up to lifetime warranty):
screens, front cameras, charging port flats or any other replaced spare parts that do not function in the manner they were intended to. The Mr. Fix Lifetime Warranty system covers you 100% against all manufacturer defects. This means that our warranty extends to cover not only the spare parts but also the service.
What's excluded from my Mr. Fix Lifetime Warranty?
- Any damage to the repaired or replaced parts that was caused due to customer's mishandling such as cracked screens.
- Water or liquid damage.
- The expected lifespan of certain spare parts such as batteries (which come with a 6 months Performance Warranty.)
- Dropping the device; whether if it is an accident, or on purpose.
- Interfering with the device's internal hardware parts.
- Damage that was caused due to customer's attempted self-repair(s).
- Software malfunctions that are independent of the repair.
- Recent damages that occurred after the devices was initially repaired.
- Any lost data as a result of the repair; customers are always advised to back up their data before having their device repair with Mr. Fix.
If certain pre-repair conditions exist, our Lifetime Warranty system might not fully cover repairs in such cases. This includes - but is not limited to – the following:
- Water or liquid damage.
- Jailbroken devices.
- Any existing damage to the device's metal frame.
- Any existing damage of manufacturing or performance issues, even if it is irrelevant to the repair.
- Interfering with the device's internal hardware parts prior to the repair; this might make the repair impossible.
We strictly recommend that our customers do not try to repair any internal hardware parts on their own as this might affect the device's reparability.
Please note that the warranty is only valid for the specified device and its original owner; we cannot transfer warranties across devices or owners, even if the device was sold or granted to a new owner.
In the unfortunate event that the device is irreparably damaged due to a failed repair attempt by an Mr. Fix, the customer is entitled to: Receive a fully functional refurbished device of equal or greater value of the original device - This is based on the device's model and condition as received, plus the original repair issue resolved.
