**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site **Order Specialist** role based in Alexandria, Egypt.
The Order Specialist will be responsible for managing customer orders and coordinating the receiving and handover of shipments at the company’s location. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and handing over shipping orders, registering and updating orders on the company system, reviewing order information, and assisting customers during the receiving and collection process.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on orders, ensuring that order details are correctly entered into the system, and supporting the daily operations of the company.
**Qualifications**
- Age between 25 and 30 years old.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work confidently with computer systems.
- Basic English skills for using the company system and handling basic system-related information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and reviewing order information.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
- Previous experience in order management, customer service, reception, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Candidates living close to the company location are preferred.
